We appreciate your purchase of Channel Studio Pro (CSP). Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and the process to follow.
Subscription Model
For CSP subscriptions, refunds are available under the following conditions:
- You may cancel your subscription within 15 days from the date of initial purchase for a full refund.
- Refund requests made after the specified period may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Perpetual License Model
For CSP perpetual licenses, refunds are available under the following conditions:
- You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase if the product has not been used actively or beyond a trial or evaluation period.
- Refund requests for perpetual licenses made after the specified period may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days with further instructions.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:
- If the product has been actively used, or the subscription service has been accessed beyond a trial or evaluation period.
- If the request is made after the specified refund period.
- Other exceptions may apply depending on the circumstances.
